Alumni & Fundraising Portal

Students who are placed in Alumni status will be automatically allocated a new membership on the same school he/she is associated with under a new role called “Alumni” and their student membership will be set to inactive. Using the same login credentials, Alumni users can access all alumni functionalities in Maestro SIS, engage with the school and with each other, view school announcements, access unofficial transcripts, and maintain their education profile, employment history, and resume.

Alumni Calendar

Create school events and invite Alumni users to participate by posting messages and adding events directly into the alumni calendar. Alumni can view any upcoming events created by the school and join these events directly from their personal calendar.

Donations

Alumni users will be able to pledge gifts and contributions directly to the school and optionally select students to make donation payments online in behalf of. If they prefer, they can set periodic payments as well.

Career Services

Schools can post links to jobs and add links to other opportunities for Alumni users.
