Scalable model for your school

MAESTRO uses a logical academic hierarchy that keeps academic information organized and modularized, so that only relevant data is displayed to users, optimizing performance and interface. At the top of the academic hierarchy is the school, which is divided into departments, such as Language Arts and Math, which in turn are broken down into courses like Algebra 1 and English 2, English and Math, Shakespeare and Statistics 101. Courses are divided into sections (or classes), which are instances of courses associated to a teacher. Students are enrolled in these sections, each with their own start and end dates, providing additional flexibility and scalability.
