Through partnership with school districts and states, Kaplan Virtual Education offers online learning programs in states such as Kansas, Colorado and Missouri. These programs leverage on the power of Maestro SIS to support a large number of enrollments, yet provide granular information about students performance and their academic life. From the admissions process to transcript generation, Maestro helps Kaplan achieve scalability while mantaining full control of its operations.

Maestro interfaces with eCollege, Kaplan's Learning Content Management System, sending enrollment information and retrieving academic data such as grades and assignments, so that both systems are synchronized and up-to-date data is always available to teachers, coaches and administrators. Using data generated by the LCMS and the flexibility of Maestro reports, Kaplan can easily identify all students who are behind schedule or have been inactive for too long, and take preventive measures to make sure students finish their course on time and have a pleasant learning experience.
